Minister for Transport
if he will report on the circumstances wherein a driver test examiner refused to allow a person (details supplied) in County Kildare sit their test at Naas driving school; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

There is no record of an application for a driving test having been received in my Department from the person concerned.
