Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government (Mr. Cullen): Information on Martin Cullen  Zoom on Martin Cullen  The Kilbeggan sewerage scheme is included in my Department’s water services investment programme 2004-2006 as a scheme to enter planning at an estimated cost of €1 million. My Department is awaiting the submission of a design brief for the scheme by Westmeath County Council.
