I congratulate the Minister on her appointment and wish her well in her portfolio. I expect that she will look after her mother’s home town and home constituency.

Despite the substantial wealth brought to this country by the Celtic tiger economy, the issue of special needs is not being addressed and the most vulnerable children in society are being left behind....
