Ahern): Information on Noel Ahern  Zoom on Noel Ahern  An application for funding under the voluntary housing capital assistance scheme has been received from Leitrim County Council, which is responsible for the detailed administration of the scheme in its area. The application is under examination and the council will be advised of the outcome as soon as possible.
