asked the
Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform
if he will reconsider on compassionate grounds his decision to issue a deportation order in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Offaly in view of the fact that there exists a distinct threat to their life and welfare, if returned to their homeland; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
