My question is on planning legislation and those who supply false information. A greenfield site was shown on a quarry in 1974. It was subject to exempted development——
Is there legislation promised to change the ridiculous €20 fine applying to someone who has profited so much in this regard? My point relates to a decision on exempted development by An Bord Pleanála.
