An Leas-Cheann Comhairle: Information on Séamus Pattison  Zoom on Séamus Pattison  I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Connaughton — the important matter of the construction of the western rail corridor; (2) Deputy Deenihan — the delay in [1491]allowing the community nursing unit at Kerry General Hospital to go to tender; (3) Deputy Ring — to ask the Minister her plans to provide a permanent site for a school in County Mayo and the progress made on this matter; (4) Deputy Cooper-Flynn — to call on the Minister to update the Dáil on the progress of the review group to consider changing the licensing designation of tractors; (5) Deputy Jim O’Keeffe — the issue of 25 pupils from the Dunbeacon area who have been left without school transport; (6) Deputy Timmins — to ask the Minister his plans to amend sections 9 and 10 of the Housing (Miscellaneous) Provisions Bill 2002; (7) Deputy Cowley — to ask the Minister if she can guarantee the site acquisition for Gaelscoil na Cruaiche, Westport, County Mayo; (8) Deputy Connolly — to discuss the unanimous call for the immediate restoration of acute surgical emergency services at Monaghan General Hospital; (9) Deputy Crawford — to ask the Minister to make sure that Monaghan General Hospital is brought back on call for surgery; (10) Deputy Pat Breen — that the Minister would fast-track the water filtration plant project for Ennis as a matter of public health and safety; and (11) Deputy Twomey — to ask the Minister to clarify a recent statement that primary and secondary schools should not be on the same site in Gorey.

The matters raised by Deputies Connolly, Crawford, Connaughton and Jim O’Keeffe have been selected for discussion.
