if a drift net licence held by a person recently deceased can be transferred to another person (details supplied) in County Cork.

The issue of commercial salmon fishing licences is an operational matter for the regional fisheries boards in accordance with the provisions of the Control of Fishing for Salmon [902]Order 2005 (S.I. No. 72 of 2005). I have no function in the matter.
