Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources (Deputy Eamon Ryan): Information on Eamon Ryan  Zoom on Eamon Ryan  The issue raised by the Deputy relates to the regional fisheries board routinely fulfilling its role under Section 294 of the Fisheries (Consolidation) Act, 1959 as amended by Section 17 of the Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1991 and therefore I have no function in the matter.
