  883.  Deputy Ciarán Lynch      asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform      the substances detected by the Forensic State Laboratory to cut down cocaine and heroin since 2000 to date in 2007. [33801/07]

Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform (Deputy Brian Lenihan):    I am informed by the Forensic Science Laboratory that the following list of substances have been detected in cocaine and heroin respectively; Cocaine: Lignocaine, benzocaine, procaine, phenacetin, caffeine, mannitol, inositol, sorbitol, creatine, sucrose and lactose. Heroin: Paracetamol, caffeine and glucose.
