In 2005, the charges were entered but in 2007, the DPP dropped the charges. In 2007, the DPP reinstated the charges when the issue was raised in this House.More Button

In 2008, on the last day of the court, the DPP dropped the charges again.More Button

This is a matter of extreme serious concern.More Button

The Taoiseach should take this matter to the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, who is entitled under the 1974 legislation——More Button

——to raise an issue of major public concern with the DPP.More Button
