Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment
the number of civil servants in her Department, broken down by gender, who are not subject to a compulsory retirement age of 65 years and who are free to continue at work after age 65 years in accordance with the provisions of the Public Service Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions Act) 2004; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

Some 204 Civil Servants in my Department — 107 females and 95 males — are not subject to a compulsory retirement age of 65 years and are free to continue to work after 65 years in accordance with the provisions of the Public Service Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions Act) 2004.
