[452]Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs (Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív):
The Deputy will be aware that the Government established the North West Mayo Forum late last year.
Various discussions in relation to issues arising on foot of the Corrib Gas Project are ongoing and are being facilitated by the Chair of the Forum, Mr Joe Brosnan.
As Minister with responsibility for Community, Rural & Gaeltacht Affairs, I, and my colleague, Éamon Ryan, TD, Minister for Communications, Energy & Natural Resources, and our Departments are actively engaged in this process.
