Independent Sponsor Groups are contracted by FÁS on a year to year basis to run the programme. In order to ensure that programmes respond appropriately to local needs FÁS carries out an annual review of the need for and the value provided by each programme. FÁS will consider the need for further Job Clubs in the South East in the light of the changing economic situation.
