Durkan  Information on Bernard Durkan  Zoom on Bernard Durkan   asked the Minister for Social and Family Affairs  Information on Mary Hanafin  Zoom on Mary Hanafin   the correct level of one parent family allowance payable in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Minister for Social and Family Affairs (Deputy Mary Hanafin): Information on Mary Hanafin  Zoom on Mary Hanafin  The person concerned is in receipt of one parent family payment since July 2008. Her rate of payment is based on a means assessment carried out at that time. When payment was awarded she was advised that she should notify the Department of any change in her circumstances. To date she has not notified the Department that her circumstances have changed. If there has been a change in her circumstances she should notify her local office in Maynooth or the parent office in Ballyfermot and a review of her means will then be carried out.
