An Ceann Comhairle: Information on John O'Donoghue  Zoom on John O'Donoghue  A division was challenged last Friday on the question that the Criminal Justice (Amendment) Bill 2009 be read a Second Time. In accordance with an Order of the Dáil of 2 July 2009, that division must be taken now.

Question put: “That the Bill be now read a Second Time.”
