Minister for Transport (Deputy Noel Dempsey): Information on Noel Dempsey  Zoom on Noel Dempsey  My Department has completed the review of the Disabled Parking Scheme and I have approved the recommendations in full. I expect the review to be published on the Department’s website shortly, and implementation of the recommendations will then get underway.
