Minister for Social and Family Affairs (Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív): Information on Éamon Ó Cuív  Zoom on Éamon Ó Cuív  A claim for Jobseekers Allowance by the person concerned was refused on the grounds that they did not satisfy the Habitual Residence condition. This decision was appealed to the Social Welfare Appeals Office and the person concerned will be notified of the outcome in due course.
