  227.  Deputy Brian Hayes      asked the Minister for Health and Children      the costs associated with the issuing of payslips to staff including production, printing and delivery for 2007, 2008 and 2009 such as delivery costs, printing costs and so on, in tabular format; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Minister for Health and Children (Deputy Mary Harney):    The total costs associated with the issuing of payslips to staff for the years 2007 to 2009 are shown as follows:

These costs have reduced due to the introduction of computerised payslips.
