  312.  Deputy Brian Hayes      asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform      the position regarding a property (details supplied) in Dublin 1, the time scale for the works required; when the station will close for refurbishment works; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform (Deputy Dermot Ahern):    I refer the Deputy to my reply to Parliamentary Question number 247 of 25th May, 2010 which sets out the position in relation to the property referred to by the Deputy.
