  189.  Deputy Bernard J. Durkan      asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Education and Skills      when a site will be allocated for a school (details supplied) in County Dublin; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [23809/10]

Tánaiste and Minister for Education and Skills (Deputy Mary Coughlan):    I wish to advise the Deputy that my officials are liaising with the Local Authority on the matter. Due to the commercial sensitivities pertaining to the acquisition of school sites generally, it is not possible for me to comment further at this time.

[572]Tánaiste and Minister for Education and Skills (Deputy Mary Coughlan):    I wish to advise the Deputy that the OPW has been instructed to negotiate the acquisition of a site for the school in question. My officials are in ongoing liaison with the OPW on the matter.

Due to commercial sensitivities attaching to site acquisitions generally, I am not in a position to comment further at this time.
