  4.  Deputy Michael Ring      asked the Minister for Health and Children      the reason domiciliary care allowance has ceased in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Mayo. [24941/10]

Minister of State at the Department of Health and Children (Deputy John Moloney):    I regret that due to industrial action affecting the Health Service Executive, it is not possible for the Executive to supply the information requested. If this matter remains of continuing concern to you, I would invite you to raise it with me again in due course. However, I would also recommend that the Deputy inform the individual mentioned that it is open to them to contact their local health office directly.
