Minister for Social Protection (Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív): Information on Éamon Ó Cuív  Zoom on Éamon Ó Cuív  The Health Service Executive (HSE) has advised that the person concerned has been refused rent supplement as he has alternative accommodation available to him, he does not have a housing need and he does not meet the habitual residence condition. The HSE has further advised that the person concerned has appealed the decision to the HSE Appeals Office and it will contact the person concerned when a decision has been made.
