Minister for Social Protection (Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív): Information on Éamon Ó Cuív  Zoom on Éamon Ó Cuív  As I informed the Deputy in reply to questions on 10th December 2009 and 12th October 2010, and in previous correspondence, the person concerned has reached pension age and has been sent a claim form. On receipt of the completed claim form, her entitlement to pension will be fully examined and she will be notified of the outcome without delay.
