Minister for Defence (Deputy Alan Shatter): Information on Alan Shatter  Zoom on Alan Shatter  The Minister of State at my Department, Mr Paul Kehoe, TD, also performs the role of Government Chief Whip and Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach. I am currently considering the issue of formal delegation of functions and will inform the House in due course on the matter.
