if there is a proposed methadone clinic at Strand House, Phillipsburgh Avenue, Dublin 3, in view of the fact that there is local confusion and misinformation concerning this issue.

if he will consider reorganising current diabetes paediatric services in the Health Service Executive south and south east areas in order that intensive therapies can be accessed locally; if he will appoint additional staff to this service; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
