Bill entitled an Act to provide for the amendment of the Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest Act 2009 in order to provide for the payment of a contribution by judges and military judges; to provide for the amendment of the Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest (No. 2) Act 2009 in order to provide for the reduction of the remuneration of judges and to provide for certain other amendments of that Act; to provide for the amendment of the Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest Act 2010 in relation to the application of that Act in respect of the Central Bank of Ireland; to provide for the remuneration of persons appointed after particular dates to judicial offices and certain other offices; and to provide for related matters.
