  460.  Deputy Patrick Nulty  Information on Patrick Nulty  Zoom on Patrick Nulty   asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government  Information on Philip Hogan  Zoom on Philip Hogan   the reason the Private Residential Tenancies Board did not produce an annual report or publish accounts for 2010, despite the fact that it has a statutory obligation to do so; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister of State at the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government (Deputy Jan O’Sullivan): Information on Jan O'Sullivan  Zoom on Jan O'Sullivan  The Private Residential Tenancies Board Annual Report and Accounts for 2010 were submitted to Government on 10 February 2012 and were subsequently laid before the Houses of the Oireachtas. Copies will be available in the Oireachtas library and on the PRTB website www.prtb.ie very shortly.
