  191.  Deputy Anthony Lawlor      asked the Minister for Education and Skills      when the separate [147]review of the nationality requirements in respect of third level maintenance support for students will be undertaken; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [30368/12]

Minister for Education and Skills (Deputy Ruairí Quinn):    The review of the nationality requirements referred to by the deputy is currently being prepared by officials in my Department and is due to be submitted to me shortly.
