PRESENTATION OF PETITIONS—QUESTION OF PROCEDURE.
I beg to move that this matter be referred to the Standing Orders Committee.
What has happened my motion to refer the question of the presentation of petitions to the Standing Orders Committee? There is no other motion before the Seanad.
