Beidh sé riachtanach mar sin Comhalta a thoghadh don lá inniu chun na dualgais a chuirtear ar an gCathaoirleach a chomhlíonadh agus an t-údarás a fheidhmiú a thugtar dó leis na Buan-Orduithe.

I have to inform the House pursuant to Standing Order 11 that the Cathaoirleach and Leas-Chathaoirleach are absent from this sitting. It will be necessary therefore to elect for today a Member to perform the duties devolving upon and exercise the authority conferred upon the Cathaoirleach by Standing Orders.
