I would like to join Senator Cooney on that. Definitely there has not been any delay and the matter has been expedited on both sides of the House.

It is my understanding that there was one delay at the request of Senator Cooney but perhaps my information is not correct. Report Stage ordered for Wednesday, 3 May 1978.
