Mr. Ferris: Information on Michael Ferris  Zoom on Michael Ferris  It is proposed to sit at 10 a.m. on Thursday. The House will be taking a report from the Committee on Procedure and Privileges first — an agreed report — and then we will be taking the Urban Renewal Bill, 1986, Garda Síochána (Complaints) Bill, 1985, [576] The Bilateral Aid motion and the Control of Clinical Trials Bill, 1986 in that order depending on the time available. The Urban Renewal Bill and the Garda Síochána (Complaints) Bill will take most of the legislative hours available to us. I cannot envisage us going much further than those two Bills. We are putting in the other few in case everything goes great because we have a lot of legislation to deal with and I should order them in case we reach them. That is the order in which they will appear on tomorrow morning's paper, and the day will prove whether we can finish it or not.

Mr. Lanigan: Information on Mick Lanigan  Zoom on Mick Lanigan  Could I ask the Deputy Leader of the House if tomorrow morning we could continue with the Committee Stage of this Bill and that we deal with this Bill tomorrow morning and if tomorrow we cannot finish it we go onto it on next Tuesday rather than bringing in another piece of legislation and half dealing with it and then continuing on and half dealing with another piece of legislation? If this legislation needs to be got through can we not come in tomorrow morning and continue with this Bill and, having disposed of it, attack another piece of legislation? It is ludicrous the way business is being ordered.

Mr. M. Higgins: Information on Michael D. Higgins  Zoom on Michael D. Higgins  Yes.

Mr. Lanigan: Information on Mick Lanigan  Zoom on Mick Lanigan  Could we not continue with this Bill tomorrow?

Mr. Ferris: Information on Michael Ferris  Zoom on Michael Ferris  I am in total agreement. We will take it after the Procedure and Privileges Report. We will take the Committee Stage in the morning and the Report Stage will be on Tuesday.

Mr. Lanigan: Information on Mick Lanigan  Zoom on Mick Lanigan  Report Stage not this week?

Mr. Ferris: Information on Michael Ferris  Zoom on Michael Ferris  We will continue this in the morning after the Report of the Committee on Procedure and Privileges.

An Cathaoirleach: Information on Patrick J. Reynolds  Zoom on Patrick J. Reynolds  It is agreed to take the Report Stage on Tuesday?

[577]Mr. Lanigan: Information on Mick Lanigan  Zoom on Mick Lanigan  It is not agreed to take Report Stage tomorrow.

An Cathaoirleach: Information on Patrick J. Reynolds  Zoom on Patrick J. Reynolds  We adjourned on that.

Mr. Ferris: Information on Michael Ferris  Zoom on Michael Ferris  We will take Committee Stage tomorrow morning and on finishing business tomorrow then we will decide.

[578]Mr. M. Higgins: Information on Michael D. Higgins  Zoom on Michael D. Higgins  Senator Killilea had suggested Report Stage for next week.
