The Minister has made his own changes, taking on board the points made on Second Stage. He has listened to those points and I see it reflected in the amendments.
I congratulate the Minister on the amount of legislation he as put through and initiated in this House. I am delighted the Adoptive Leave Bill, 1994, will become law a few weeks after its enactment. ...
