Mr. Doyle: Information on Avril Doyle  Zoom on Avril Doyle  I refer to section 6(a) line 30. I am sure that the Public Office Commission will put some procedure in place to notify donors of their responsibility under the legislation. Senator O'Toole asked for something simple but this legislation is anything but simple. Will the Minister have an explanatory leaflet prepared to inform Members and the public of the details of the Act?

Minister for the Environment and Local Government (Mr. Dempsey): Information on Noel Dempsey  Zoom on Noel Dempsey  It is the responsibility of the Public Offices Commission to produce the guidelines. However, I gave an indication that I would convey the wishes of both Houses to have guidelines issued on that matter and I will do so. What was the Senator's first point?
