I extend a warm welcome to Monsieur Christian Jacob, the French Minister with responsibility for the family, and his party who join us in the Distinguished Visitors Gallery. Céad míle fáilte to you and your party. You are very welcome to Ireland and to the Seanad. We are delighted to have you here and hope your stay in Ireland is fruitful and enjoyable.
I also wish to welcome Fiona Finneran from the United States of America and her sister, Mary, and friend who are also here.
