An Cathaoirleach: Information on Rory Kiely  Zoom on Rory Kiely  I have received notice from Senator Brian Hayes that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Transport to make a statement concerning the initial operation of the new Luas services to Sandyford and Tallaght, in particular his intentions in relation to an initial free period of service to encourage people to use this new form of transport.

I have also received notice from Senator Kitt of the following matter:

The need the Minister for Education and Science to indicate if retrospective grants for school buildings can be considered for Ballaghlea national school, Ballygar, County Galway.

I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
