proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on certain aspects of mediation in civil and commercial matters,
a copy of which proposed measure was laid before Seanad Éireann on 9th November, 2004;
proposal for a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a European Small Claims Procedure,
a copy of which proposed measure was laid before Seanad Éireann on 12th April, 2005, be referred to the Joint Committee on Justice, Equality, Defence and Women’s [865]Rights in accordance with paragraph (1) (Seanad) of the Orders of Reference of that Committee, which, not later than 2nd June, 2005, shall send a message to the Seanad in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 67, and Standing Order 69(2) shall accordingly apply.”
