He did not pay up or shut up in the past when raising this issue.
Senator Daly should sit down. He will be called in due course.
I appreciate what the Cathaoirleach is saying and always have obeyed his rulings. I will await the Bill that Senator Daly has promised to sponsor and then I will comment further.
This is a matter of national importance.
The Senator should move his Bill and we will deal with the matter.
It is getting very good value for the taxpayer.
